Shan showed us another hike on the Linten Trail. We only walked about 1 mile but hopefully will be back to see where all it goes.
Arlo had a birthday party and then a nap before we left for the Nevada County Fair. It was fun to see all the buildings being used in the Fairgrounds. When we walk the Fairgrounds during our stay here, the buildings aren’t being used and people talk about the Fair. This year we got to see it for ourselves. It’s only about 1/10 of Grange Fair but it was hopping with rides, food, and exhibits AND BEER!
We walked around to see what all there was Arlo decided he wanted to ride some. First time on a carny ride and he enjoyed them it was so fun to see him laugh and enjoy the different ones he was tall enough to ride.
On to the next one - the Bears. He’s in there but you can’t see him

Finally it was time for what Arlo has been talking about since we came to California - The Monster Truck Show.
First one out the gate rolled over and had to be carted away by a front loader.
