Sat around in the Pavilion to use the wi-fi and relax before hiking.
Then, off to the Yuba on Hoyt’s Crossing Trail. It was roaring. They were warning people not to swim in the Yuba because of the amount of rushing water.
Hoyt’s Crossing is also known as the “naked trail.” Was not disappointed this time either.
Beth and I decided to dip our toes in the Yuba. Once we got numb, it wasn’t too bad 🤣
Notice Ken didn’t it get in the water.
Back at the RV for lunch and then a hike to show them Scott’s Flat Lake. Beautiful blue-green water, which was definitely warmer than the Yuba.
After all that hiking, we made pizzas at the RV and a great bottle of wine from Happy Valley Winery.
