May 5 - Back to Nevada City

Up early so we could get the RV to DiMartino’s RV Center to have the solar checked. After Belle’s checkup was finished, we moved to the Nevada County Fairgrounds for a week because Shan and Carl were having solar put on their house. It’s quiet here with lots of space to take walks. 

Shannon, Arlo and I (and Banjo) decided to walk in her neighborhood. I had an appointment at the longarmer to take the truck quilt that I started back home with Linda and finished at Erin’s to be top quilted. She happens to live up the street from Shan. When I say up the street, I mean UP! We had to climb and climb to reach Star’s quilt shop. Good workout but I think I’ll drive when I pick it up. 

Shuff and Carl were working at the Pasquale house to get it ready to sell. So we decided to go to Grass Valley Brewery for dinner and then to Lazy Dog for ice cream. Can you tell Arlo and Carl are enjoying theirs?
