April 27 - Quilt Show

The Pine Tree Quilt Guild held their annual quilt show. So many talented artists. Here are just a few that I ooooed and ahhhhhed over. 

This is a blow up of the quilt before. 

This took my eye because of the story, the old Zulu man. 

This was another one that had a great story. This quilt has places and things she has seen in her travels. Love it. 

April 26 - Crazy Weather and Arlo visits the RV

For the past couple days the weather has been cooler, 50s and low 60s with some rain. 

I had made baked oatmeal for breakfast so we all had some of that after Arlo woke up from his nap. 

Guess it must have tasted good to Arlo!

Shan got a little work done while we took advantage of the sun coming out. Went for a walk around the fairgrounds with his stroller. Arlo talked and talked but of course I had no idea what he was saying. I think he was just glad to be out and about. 

Lunch at the RV was soup on this chilly day. Arlo liked it. 

Then, just after lunch and Shan and crew went home, it HAILED!!  Crazy weather. 

April 25 - More Arlo Time.

Who could resist that face!!

Arlo has always loved to “kiss.”  This is an updated photo of the one I got in November when I visited.

This is Shan’s hummingbird, Gary, or possibly Garietta. 

Taking a hike on the ditch trail which is just behind their house. 

Carl took their dogs on a run.

April 24 - Around the RV and a little Arlo Time

Before we went over to Shan and Carl’s, we had a few things to do. One was to fix the dripping faucet in the bathroom and the other was to get groceries. 

Of course, the faucet fix wasn’t an easy one. Bill couldn’t find the piece so had to buy a whole new faucet. But it’s done and not leaking or dripping. 

Grocery shopping done, we headed over to see Arlo. Carl and Bill were installing a gate at the top of the loft so little man didn’t take a tumble. 

Nana Peg got in a little Arlo play time before dinner. 

Lenny was funny. He and Arlo were looking in the toy box to. Lenny loves Arlo’s toys. 

April 23 - Amal visits the RV

While Shan swam at Memorial Pool, Bill and I strolled Arlo around the fairgrounds to try to keep him sleeping. He had other ideas though. He wanted to sit outside and see if he could maneuver the stairs into the camper. It won’t be long until he’s able to get into the camper by himself. 

April 22 - Arlo’s Swim Lessons

Arlo’s swim lessons - both happy and a little not so sure. 

April 21 - Hike on Champion Mine Ditch Trail

While Shan went on a run, Bill and I walked with Arlo and the dogs on the Champion Mine Ditch Trail.

April 20 - Parliament Trail System Opening Day Party

Bill and I went with Shan and Arlo to the opening of the newly renovated bike trail. It’s a huge trail system that took a lot of volunteers and donations to pull off this project. 

We met a lot of Shan’s friends, drank some beer and listened to music. 

Oh, and look at Arlo’s man bun. Isn’t he just the cutest!!
