The time has arrived to pick up Jillian at the airport

We picked up Jillian at the airport and headed back to our campground at the Cal Expo Campground where we gave here the ends and outs of camping with us. 

She picked out the loft where she decided to sleep for her first night i the RV. 

Her home away from home for the next 3 weeks. 

Wednesday’ August 31

Drove to Old Sacramento to give Jillian a taste of what life might have looked like in 1849 during the gold rush days. 

After that Drew took us on a drive to wine country, with a stop at a brewery where we had lunch before heading to Element 79, a winery named for the 79th element on the periodic table. 

Too much wine for Banjo

Then back to Drew and Erin’s for s’mores. 



Tomorrow we head for Shannon and Carls.
