Today Shan ran in a team triathlon with Kim and Liz. We were there to cheer her on. Beautiful day, a little cooler.
It started with the swim portion of the race, which Liz did then the bike ride, which Kim did and handed it off to Shan.
The biking and running portion was very hilly. Right off the bat Shan had to run up hill.
Because we walked down the hill to watch the hand-off to Shan, we then had to walk back up!

Then of course Arlo had to get his hug.
This is Liz who did the swim portion.
A fun day for us to meet some of her friends and support them.
Later that night Shan had Book Club and Carl worked so we had Arlo for dinner, popcorn and a movie.
So thrilled to have the time with this little person. His personality and his vocabulary are expanding each day.
